Technopolis Rabat and Casanearshore Casablanca
Construction of BBCA, OsmoZ and HQE certified tertiary buildings within the Technopolis strategic activity areas in Rabat and Casanearshore in Casablanca.
Hilton Taghazout Hotel
Delivery of Hilton Taghazout Hotel, an international beach resort. This project marks an important step in the development of the Taghazout Bay station.
Yasmine Anfa
Construction of Yasmine Anfa plant towers in Casablanca, a residential and tertiary project incorporating planted facades and treed terraces.

OHSAS 18001
Obtaining OHSAS 18001 certification in occupational health and safety, illustrating EMB's commitment to the well-being and protection of its employees.
Mohammed VI Institute for Imam Training
Inauguration by His Majesty King Mohammed VI of the Mohammed VI Institute for Imam Training in Rabat, carried out in 7 months thanks to the mobilization of 1,200 continuous workers.
UIR
Delivery of the first buildings of the International University of Rabat (UIR) in 11 months.
Technopolis
Construction of an office complex in Technopolis (1st and 2nd tranche), contributing to the development of one of the first technopoles in the Kingdom.
The Mohammed VI Football Academy
Delivery of the Mohammed VI Football Academy, a reference sports complex with an area of about 18 hectares, including several training courses and a boarding school dedicated to the training of young talents.
ISO 9001 certification
EMB becomes the first Moroccan company in the sector to obtain ISO 9001 certification for its quality management system.
Faculty of Rights in Salé
The laying of the foundation stone for the construction of the Faculty of Rights and Economics and Management in Salé.
Real estate complex AIT BAHA 86 000 m2
Delivery of a 86 000 m2 real estate complex in Rabat, now occupied by the Aït Baha shopping centre and the General Directorate of Taxes.
Class 1 of the Ministry of Equipment
Obtaining a grade 1 from the Ministry of Equipment, marking the recognition of the technical and organizational skills of the company for the implementation of major projects.
Fez-Saïss Terminal
Construction of the Fez-Saïss airport terminal, a large airport infrastructure with capacity for approximately 2.5 million passengers per year.
